Dr. Tarae Terry is an educator, academic mentor, career development professional, and human resource development practitioner with more than a decade of experience helping students and professionals reach their academic and career goals.

Her career spans higher education, workforce development, career development, human resources, organizational development, training, and leadership development. She has taught and mentored students at several colleges and universities, working with everyone from first-year undergraduates to doctoral scholars.

Dr. Terry believes people often don't need someone to hand them every answer. They need someone who will listen, encourage them, help them see their strengths, and support them as they find their own path forward.

T & C Consulting grew out of that belief. Through academic and career coaching, she helps people build confidence, create direction, and move forward toward their goals.
